A deep-dive diagnostic of where your church's communications stand today. This phase includes staff interviews, a full systems & platforms review and a clear honest report on what’s working, what isn’t, and why.
Strategize
2-MONTHS OF STRATEGY
Picking up exactly where the assessment leaves off, this phase works directly with church leadership to turn diagnosis into a custom, actionable plan with a connecting pathway and staff training.
Follow Through
9-MONTHS OF COACHING
Strategy only works if it gets implemented. This phase is a monthly check-in rhythm that keeps your team equipped, accountable, and moving — through the full 9 months it takes to see the strategy through.

Schedule your discovery meeting
A quick call to understand where your church is today and what's feeling overwhelming right now. No pressure, no pitch — just a conversation to see if ClearPath is the right fit.

We assess your communications
We spend a month inside your systems — interviewing your staff and reviewing everything from your website to your email platform to how you're using AI. You get an honest, clear-eyed picture of what's working and what isn't.

We work with your team to create your strategy
Working directly with your leadership, we turn that diagnosis into a custom plan — a clear pathway for how people move through your church, and a roadmap for closing the gaps we found. This isn't a generic template; it's built around your church specifically.

We equip your team in any weak areas
Wherever the assessment uncovered a gap — staff roles, training, tools — we help close it directly. That means hands-on training and, when needed, guidance on finding the right people for the right positions.

We coach your team through your strategy implementation
For nine months, we meet twice-monthly to equip your team on developing any new system or skills, and to keep your team moving forward. Strategy only works if it gets lived out, and we stay with you through the follow-through — not just the plan.
